Office Assistant - Brno

Job description

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to help us to maintain the office operations, administration and finance in our Brno branch (CZ). This position is for 4 hours a day.

What will you do:

  • Handle administration tasks
  • Be main contact point in daily operations, support for our branch in Brno
  • Cooperate with CFO on financial operations and reporting
  • Closely cooperate with Office Manager on daily tasks
  • Cooperate with HR Manager and Branch Manager/management
  • Contact with suppliers, process invoices, prepare payments, maintain e-banking
  • Support in organizing team events and company trips
  • Support in travel operations

Your skills and experience

What we need from you:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in office management and administration
  • Experience with financial operations and reporting, sense for details
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Efficiently speak, listen and write in English
  • Focus on solutions, prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Independence and reliability   
  • Positivity and enthusiasm in what you do, pro-active and creative attitude
  • Experience in international working environment or working with foreigners is an advantage
