IT Support Specialist

(1st level)

Job brief

As a First Level Support specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for IPS employees, providing prompt and effective first line IT support. Your main duties will include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for employees seeking assistance with IT issues
  • Supporting the delivery of services within the IT services portfolio
  • Carrying out routine system administration activities
  • Continuing to enhance your professional expertise
  • Proactively contributing to the improvement and optimization of the infrastructure under management

Your skills and experience

What we expect from you:

  • 1+ year proved technical experience with system administration
  • experience with HW and SW issue identification and investigation
  • experience with Microsoft Windows client OS, deployment and management
  • ability to actively use PowerShell and contribute to development of internal PowerShell management modules

Nice to have (working experience):

  • Microsoft cloud services
  • Dell computers
