ERP SUPPORT SPECIALIST

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

In this role, your main responsibilities will be solving of incidents and related maintenance of our customers’ ERP (System21).

Your workload will be split among the following activities:

• analyzing incidents assigned to 2^nd and 3^rd level for IBMi based ERP system through verifying application behavior, analyzing database data, application and processes logs and dumps, as well as observing program code,
• fixing effects of incidents to recover influenced service and data, including SQL data manipulation,
• preparing descriptions related to details of incidents found, describing method of detecting and reproducing incident, proposing appropriate fix and improvements,
• providing test support for testing parts of application and services.

WE APPRECIATE, WHEN YOU HAVE OR YOU ARE:

Professional knowledge:

• Very good English
• Previous experience from technical support or helpdesk
• Good knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of databases and SQL (data adjustments)
• Basics of programming / SW engineering
• Advantage is familiarity with the IBMi system and techniques (administration)
